Did you know that the Fort St. John Cemetery is home to an American Civil War Veteran, FSJ’s first Muslim Store Keeper, a Hudson’s Bay Company clerk, and a member of the Order of Canada? Hear all sorts of interesting stories about Fort St. John’s past and how our main cemetery came to take the layout it has today. Learn about cemetery mysteries such as the groundskeeper who ran away with the cemetery map! Tour is $10 and can be paid at the gate of the cemetery prior to the tour.
